“We need an AI dashboard.”
But which decisions should it help with?
The same numbers. Again.
Sales → copy → check → daily report
“Can AI do the reporting?”
The admin still sits between the tools.
What should we fix first?
No agreed workflow, owner or measure.
Where do we start?

Plenty of AI ideas. No clear first move.
The owner wants a dashboard. The team wants fewer reports. Everyone has a different idea of what to build.
You leave knowing what to build, why it matters and what can wait.

Restaurant Intelligence System
A concrete operating problem: rebuilding the daily picture from separate outlet records.
Built for the founder’s restaurant. The POS and mobile menu are working software; use during restaurant service has not yet been verified. The reporting time is owner-reported and applies only to the existing reporting workflow. Upsell impact has not yet been measured. Specific to this workflow.

The work behind the change.
We help business owners and operations teams decide where AI or automation will be useful. We trace one repeated task through your records, tools and people, then compare a process change, an existing tool and a focused build.
What we can measure together
- Time spent on one repeated task
- Work waiting between owners
- Missing or repeated records
- 01
A map of one real workflow
Follow a request, report or approval from start to finish. Identify the source records, repeated updates, waiting time and people responsible.
- 02
A clear first-project recommendation
Compare the likely benefit, effort, data readiness and risk. Explain what to change first, what can wait and whether an existing tool is enough.
- 03
A brief you can build from
For the agreed consulting scope, define the workflow, owner, data, approvals and acceptance checks. Agree a baseline and how to measure the change.
From our first conversation to a working change
- 01
Bring one real example
Start with a recent piece of work that was slow, repeated or hard to track. Redacted examples are enough for an initial review.
- 02
Look inside the workflow
Speak with the people involved and identify the cause of the delay, the source records and the decisions that need judgement.
- 03
Decide the next step
Review the recommendation together. If a build makes sense, agree its scope, fee and acceptance criteria before implementation.
Before we talk
The useful details.
Who is AI consulting useful for?
Business owners and operations teams with repeated reporting, unclear handoffs or tools that no longer fit the work. Bring a real example and the person who knows the process. You do not need a finished AI plan.
Is this useful if our team already uses ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. The question is what happens between individual AI use and shared team work. We look at source records, ownership, handoffs, access and approval. We do not assume you need another chatbot.
What happens in the free initial scope review?
Bring one repeated problem, the tools involved and the change you want. We discuss whether a process change, an existing tool or a scoped project is a sensible next step. Detailed consulting is separately scoped. Selected businesses can apply for one free first workflow; eligibility and the implementation scope must be agreed before building.
Do we have to commission a build?
No. The recommendation may be to improve a process, use an existing tool or test one small workflow first. Any build needs a separate scope and your agreement.
Do you offer forward deployed engineering?
Yes. For an agreed build, we work directly with the people doing the job, connect their existing tools and review working software together. We test it with your team before launch, then hand it over with agreed operating responsibilities. Ongoing support is scoped separately.
Do you work on site in Kuching and remotely elsewhere?
Yes. IntegrAItion is based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Local workflow sessions can take place on site by arrangement. We also work remotely with teams across Malaysia and worldwide. We agree meeting times, access and delivery arrangements during scoping.
What do we agree before starting?
Revenue goals can guide the work, but a workflow change does not by itself prove a revenue increase. We start with measures the system can influence and agree how your team will use any capacity it releases.
Your workflow is the starting point
Bring the work that keeps coming back to you.
Tell us what keeps getting repeated, who handles it and which tools are involved. The free initial review helps us recommend a next step. Detailed discovery and any build have a separate agreed scope.
